Questions people ask Ace
Something else on your mind? Call (954) 250-6667.
Is Ace an approved school vendor?
Yes. Ace Tours Inc is an approved vendor with the Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County school districts, and runs field trips, grad nights, college tours and team travel for public, charter and private schools.
How much does an airport shuttle from FLL cost?
Every trip is quoted. The price depends on the pickup, the drop-off, how many people travel and how many bags, so send the trip card or call (954) 250-6667 and Ace quotes it.
How does a shuttle service work?
You tell dispatch the date, the pickup, the drop-off, how many travel and how many bags. Ace quotes the trip. On the day, a driver picks you up and takes you to the terminal, the pier or the hotel.
Are there fixed rates or surge pricing?
Ace quotes each trip before you book, for your route, your group and your bags. Rideshare apps can change the fare with demand; a quoted shuttle is agreed before the ride.
Shared shuttle or private vehicle?
Both. Share a ride with other travelers from FLL, MIA or PBI (now President Donald J. Trump International, DJT), or book the whole vehicle for your family or group.
How much luggage fits?
Ace sizes the vehicle to your group and your bags, from a minibus for 15 to 20 people to a 56-seat motorcoach. Tell dispatch how many bags when you book.
How big a group can you move?
A full size motorcoach seats 56. For bigger groups Ace draws on a partner-fleet capacity of 40+ vehicles.
Which airport is best for West Palm Beach: PBI, FLL or MIA?
Palm Beach International (PBI) is the airport in West Palm Beach itself. Ace picks up at PBI, FLL and MIA, so choose the flight that suits you and book the ride to match.
Is there a free shuttle in Fort Lauderdale?
Some hotels run their own shuttles to the airport or Port Everglades, so ask yours first. Our guide lists hotels with a cruise shuttle. When the times don't fit, Ace runs shared and private rides.
Is Ace licensed and insured?
Yes. Ace is an active passenger carrier, USDOT 1310399, with $5,000,000 in liability coverage. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi?
Yes. Every Ace vehicle has GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and onboard cameras.
Do you speak Spanish or Portuguese?
Yes. Dispatch answers 24/7 in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Ready when your group is.
Dispatch answers 24/7 and every trip gets one clear quote.
