Weddings: a loop, not a single ride
Hotel, ceremony, reception, and back to the hotel.
Wedding guests rarely sleep under one roof. Ace plans the run from each hotel to the ceremony, on to the reception, and the late trip back, so no guest has to drive after the toasts.
Send the timeline and every address, and dispatch builds the loop around it. A beach ceremony in Key West, a ballroom in Miami and a garden in Palm Beach County are all inside the area Ace serves.
What's included on a wedding or event shuttle
One shuttle or several, planned to your timeline.
A couple or a planner is booking peace of mind for the guests. This is what comes with every wedding or event shuttle. Tell dispatch how many guests stay at each hotel, so every stop on the loop has seats waiting.
- One vehicle or several for guest shuttles between the venue and the hotel
- A loop planned from your timeline, ceremony to last dance
- A professional driver, and a Sprinter van, minibus or full size coach sized to the guest count
- GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and onboard cameras on every vehicle in the loop
- Dispatch awake 24/7 for a run that ends after midnight
- A written quote before the date is booked
How the quote for a wedding or event shuttle is worked out
The guest count and the clock set the price.
Most of the price follows the clock. A loop that runs from the afternoon ceremony to the last dance keeps a driver on duty for hours, while a single run to a game is quoted on the distance.
Ask dispatch what the event quote covers for parking at the venue and waiting time between runs. For your price, call (954) 250-6667 or send the quote form with the date, the venue and the guest count.
- Date, ceremony or kickoff time and the last run home
- Guest count, which decides the vehicle type and how many
- Hours the drivers stay on the loop, or distance for a single run
- One way out, or out and back
Events Ace runs group shuttles for
These are private group charters for your party, not the official public shuttles. Birthday, bachelor and bachelorette groups book the same regular coaches, with a driver and nothing added.
- Hard Rock Stadium area game days and concerts
- Art Basel
- Ultra
- The Fort Lauderdale and Miami boat shows
- Miami Grand Prix
- Fantasy Fest in Key West
- Winter Equestrian Festival in Wellington
Weddings and Events: common questions
Something else on your mind? Call (954) 250-6667.
Can Ace shuttle wedding guests from more than one hotel?
Yes. Dispatch plans a loop that stops at each hotel, the ceremony and the reception, and adds a second vehicle when one cannot keep up.
Do party groups get a party bus?
No. Birthday, bachelor and bachelorette groups book a regular Sprinter van, minibus or full size coach with a driver, with no party features added.
Are your game day coaches the official stadium shuttles?
No. They are private charters for your own group, separate from any official public shuttle.
