Start with the trip, not the vehicle

Most people know where they are going before they know what to book. Find your trip below and the right vehicle follows from it.

  • Landing at FLL, MIA or PBI (now President Donald J. Trump International, DJT), or sailing from Port Everglades or PortMiami: Airport and Cruise Transportation
  • A coach, minibus or Sprinter van with a driver: Bus and Minibus Rentals
  • A company event, a convention or staff who need a ride to work: Corporate and Employee Transportation
  • Wedding guests, game days, festivals and party groups: Weddings and Events
  • Field trips and away games: School and Sports Team Transportation
  • Church services, retreats and outings: Church Group Transportation
  • Everglades, Key West, Miami and shopping days: Day Tours

What's included on every Ace booking

A driver, the right size vehicle and a quote first.

Whichever page below you book from, the same base comes with the trip. These are the parts Ace can promise on every ride, from a Sprinter van to the airport to a coach full of students.

  • A professional driver behind the wheel; nothing is rented for you to drive yourself
  • A vehicle sized to your headcount and luggage: a Sprinter van, a minibus for 15 to 20 or a full size coach for 56
  • GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and onboard cameras in every Ace vehicle
  • Dispatch that answers around the clock at (954) 250-6667
  • A quote in writing before you book, never a printed fare
  • Coverage on paper: USDOT 1310399 and $5,000,000 liability coverage

How the quote for any Ace trip is worked out

Your date, your group, your route: that is the price.

No trip has a posted fare, because no two trips ask the same of a driver and a vehicle. Dispatch looks at the factors below, and every one of them is something you can tell Ace in a single call.

Tolls, parking and waiting time are settled trip by trip, so ask dispatch what your quote covers for them. To start, call (954) 250-6667 at any hour or send the quote form with your date, pickup and headcount.

  • The date and the start time
  • How many people are riding and how much luggage they carry
  • The vehicle that headcount needs
  • The hours the driver stays with you, or the distance for a point to point run
  • One way or round trip
  • For airport rides only: a shared seat or a private vehicle

Where Ace trips start and how far they go

Port St. Lucie to Key West, six counties, one phone number.

Ace Tours Inc was incorporated in Florida in 1999 and picks up across six counties: St. Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe. That covers Port St. Lucie at the north end to Key West at the south.

Airport pickups run from FLL, MIA, PBI and Key West (EYW). A trip can finish as far away as Orlando, Tampa or Port Canaveral, as long as it begins inside those six counties, and round trips to MCO, RSW and Port Canaveral include the return pickup.

Services: common questions

Something else on your mind? Call (954) 250-6667.

Does Ace Tours Inc post prices?

No. Every trip is quoted before you book, from your date, headcount, luggage and route, so call (954) 250-6667 or send the form for yours.

Which Ace service should I book?

Book by the trip, not the vehicle: an airport or cruise ride, a rental with a driver, a company shuttle, a wedding or event, a school or team trip, a church or senior outing, or a day tour. If you are unsure, dispatch sorts it out on the phone.

Does every Ace vehicle come with a driver?

Yes. Every Sprinter van, minibus and full size coach is driven by an Ace driver, and Ace runs no sedans.
