Bus and minibus rentals with a driver

Three sizes, one question: how many are going

Seats first, luggage second, then the size.

Count heads first, then look at the bags. A group hauling cruise suitcases, band cases or sports gear can outgrow its seat count and need the next class up.

Ace rents three classes and nothing in between: no sedans and no mid size coach. If a group sits just above a minibus, the answer is a full size coach or two smaller vehicles, and dispatch will say which works better for your pickup.

• Sprinter van with a driver: a small group that wants one private vehicle
• Minibus: 15 to 20 passengers
• Full size motorcoach: 56 passengers, with partner-fleet capacity of 40+ vehicles when one coach is not enough

What's included when you rent a van, minibus or coach

Every class comes with its own driver.

A rental from Ace is never keys on a counter. Each class comes driven, and the class you get is the one your headcount calls for.

• A professional Ace driver for the whole booking, in every class
• Sprinter van for a small private party, minibus for 15 to 20 riders, full size coach for up to 56
• Several coaches from the partner-fleet capacity of 40+ vehicles when the group tops 56
• GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and onboard cameras on board, whichever size you book
• Dispatch on call day and night while the vehicle is out
• USDOT 1310399 and $5,000,000 liability coverage behind the booking

How the quote for a bus or minibus rental is worked out

Hours or miles, plus the class your group needs.

A rental is priced on how long you keep the driver or how far the vehicle goes. A day at the stadium with the coach parked nearby is quoted by the hours; a run up I-95 and back is quoted on the distance.

Ask dispatch what the rental quote covers for tolls, parking at the venue and waiting time, since those depend on where you go. When you have the details, call (954) 250-6667 or fill in the quote form.

• Date and start time of the rental
• Headcount and luggage, which set the vehicle class
• Hours the driver stays with the group, or distance for a one stop run
• One way drop-off or a round trip back to the pickup

Where a rental can pick up

Pick up anywhere from Port St. Lucie to Key West.

Rentals start anywhere from Port St. Lucie to Key West: a hotel in Fort Lauderdale, a church lot in Miami-Dade, an office park in Palm Beach County or a marina in the Keys. The vehicle can stay local all day or carry the group to Orlando, Tampa or Port Canaveral and back.
