What's included on a church or senior group trip

Sized to the group, with a driver and 24/7 dispatch.

Church leaders and activities directors are responsible for everyone on board. Every church or senior booking includes the following.

• A vehicle sized to the group, from a Sprinter van for a small team to a full size coach for a congregation
• A professional driver from pickup at the church or community to the return
• Walkers, overnight bags and choir gear counted in when dispatch sizes the vehicle
• GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and onboard cameras in each vehicle
• 24/7 dispatch for the contact person, before and during the trip
• USDOT 1310399 and $5,000,000 liability coverage, with a quote before booking

From a ministry team to a whole community

One contact, one headcount, the right size.

Name one contact person and give dispatch the pickup, the destination and the headcount. That person hears from dispatch about the vehicle and the pickup time, so the pastor or activities director is not chasing details on the day.

The cards show the three sizes, and a big Sunday trip or a whole community outing can use more than one.

How the quote for a church or senior outing is worked out

Hours away and heads on board set the quote.

A two hour lunch outing for a senior center and a weekend retreat in another county are quoted on very different hours and miles. Overnight bags and mobility aids matter too, because they can need a larger vehicle than the seat count suggests.

Ask dispatch what the outing quote covers for tolls, parking and waiting time while the group is inside. To book, the contact person can call (954) 250-6667 or use the quote form.

• The date, and the time the group leaves the lot
• How many are going, and their bags, walkers or choir gear
• Vehicle type, or several vehicles for a whole congregation
• Hours the driver waits with the group, or the distance to the retreat
• One way, or a round trip back to the church or community
