What the quote form collects

You choose what to send. Please do not put payment card numbers or other sensitive details in the form.

• Your name and phone number
• Your email address, if you give it
• Trip details: date, pickup, destination, number of people and the service you need
• Anything you add in the message box, such as a flight, a sailing time or bags

Where your request goes

When you submit the form, your request is emailed to [email protected] and posted to the company's lead system, so dispatch can reply and keep track of it. It is used by Ace and by the service providers that run the website and the lead system for Ace.

How Ace uses it

To answer your request, quote the trip, plan the vehicle and the driver, and contact you about that trip. Ace does not sell your information and does not give it to other companies for their own marketing.

How long it is kept

Quote form submissions are kept for 24 months.

Site analytics

The site uses Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read, so Ace can tell what is useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your browser details and IP address under Google's own privacy policy. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies.

Neither tool receives what you type into the quote form. You can block Google Analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Calls and emails

If you call or email dispatch instead, Ace uses what you share the same way: to quote and run your trip.

Seeing, correcting or deleting your details

Email [email protected] or call (954) 250-6667 and say what you would like done. Give the date you sent the request and the name on it, so dispatch can find it.

Changes to this policy

This page always shows the current policy. If Ace changes how it handles your details, the change appears here.
