Away games, tournaments and visiting teams
The sport changes the gear, not the trip.
Ace drives the team, the coaching staff and the equipment from your campus to the game and back. The coach is private to the team, so the bags, the playbook talk and the post-game silence stay on board.
Soccer leagues book Ace for match days and tournaments, and football and hockey booster clubs book coaches for away games. Booster Club and Team Travel has the details for boosters, and Cheer Competition Transportation covers squads heading to competitions.

Teams flying in for a tournament use the same service in reverse: pickup at the airport, the ride to the hotel, and daily runs to the fields.
Football, soccer, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball or lacrosse: the sport changes what the team carries, not how the trip works.
Banquets and season trips use the same coach and driver as game days, with a quote for that night.
Gear, bags and the right coach
Gear can decide the coach before the roster does.
Teams carry more than travelers do. Equipment bags, ball bags, water coolers and medical kits all need space, so tell dispatch what the team brings as well as how many people ride.
A full size motorcoach seats 56 and has bays under the floor for gear. A minibus seats 15 to 20, and a Sprinter van with a driver suits a coaching staff or a few players. A squad with bulky equipment may need the bigger coach even when the roster would fit a smaller one, and two programs traveling together can share one.

Wet gear after a rainy game takes more room than it did on the way out, so leave space for the ride home.

What drives a team charter quote
Written quotes to file with the trip request.
Every team trip is quoted from the schedule you send. Athletic departments can get a written quote to file with the trip request.
For a long season, send every away date at once. Each game is still quoted on its own, but the coach is set for each date well ahead of the busy weekends.

Game day timing on South Florida roads
Road time lost comes out of the warm-up.Warm-ups start before the opponent's gates open, so the coach leaves early. Weekday traffic on I-95 and the Turnpike can stall without warning, and the time a team loses on the road comes out of its warm-up.
Outdoor games in Florida stop for lightning, so a game can end much later than planned. If the coach is booked to wait, the driver stays with the team; if it is a return pickup, call dispatch, which answers 24/7, with the new time.

Morning games mean a dark, quiet departure from campus. Ask the school which gate stays open for the coach before sunrise, and pass it to dispatch.

Tournament weekends with daily loops
One request covers the whole weekend.Multi-day tournaments need a coach each morning and each evening. Ace quotes a daily loop between the team hotel and the fields, with extra runs between games if the schedule needs them.
Big events bring several teams from one program. More than one coach can run the loop at once, backed by a partner-fleet capacity of 40+ vehicles.

Visiting teams staying near the airport or the beach often need runs between the hotel, the fields and a team meal each day. Put every daily run in one request so the whole weekend is quoted together.

How it works
How a sports team transportation trip runs

Stage the gear
Line up the bags, balls and coolers at the gym door before the coach arrives, so loading takes minutes, not half an hour.

Load at the gym
The coach pulls up to the curb with the door open. Gear goes in first, then players board and the coach takes a headcount from the staff.

Ride to the away game
Longer away trips run up Florida's Turnpike. The team rests or watches film while the driver handles the road. Coaches can use the time to go over the game plan.

Park at the fields
The coach parks at the complex and the team unloads close to its field. After the final game it is ready for the ride home. Load the gear before the players board, the same way it came off.
Sports Team Transportation: common questions
Something else on your mind? Call (954) 250-6667.
How much does a team bus rental cost?
Each team trip is quoted. The price depends on the riders, the gear, the trip and whether the coach waits. Call (954) 250-6667 with the schedule.
Will all our equipment fit?
Tell dispatch what the team carries and Ace picks a coach with room for it. A full size motorcoach has bays under the floor for bags. Long items such as bat bags, hockey sticks or lacrosse poles are worth naming, since they set how the bays are packed.
Can the coach wait through the game and bring us back?
Yes, if you book it to wait. You can also book a drop-off and a return pickup at a set time.
Do you pick up visiting teams at the airport?
Yes. Ace picks up at FLL, MIA and PBI and takes the team to its hotel, then to the fields.
How many players fit on one coach?
A full size motorcoach seats 56, staff included. Big programs can book more than one coach.
Can we book a whole season of away games at once?
Yes. Send the full schedule and dispatch quotes each trip, so every away game has its coach set early. Changes to the schedule, such as a rescheduled game, go through dispatch as soon as you know.
