Dania Beach sits on the south side of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International (FLL), and Port Everglades is just to the east. From here the airport is a short hop and the cruise terminals are close behind.

Being this close changes the planning. Your pickup time is set mostly by the terminal's own rules, such as airline check-in cutoffs and the cruise boarding window, not by the drive itself. MIA is the alternative when the flight is better from Miami, and Ace drives there too.
