Senior trips Ace drives to

Grad night and senior trips, school to school.

Senior classes book Ace for the big trip of the year: transportation to Grad Nite at Walt Disney World, to Gradventure at Universal Orlando, and to other senior trip destinations in Florida. The coach leaves from your school and brings the class back to it.

Public, charter and private schools book the same way, and so do charter school networks sending seniors from more than one campus.

Ace is not affiliated with Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando or any event organizer. Tickets and admission are bought from them, and the event rules are theirs, so check the organizer's current rules before the trip.

Some classes add a stop on the way, such as a meal. Put every stop in the quote request so both the plan and the price include it.

An approved vendor with three school districts

The paperwork senior sponsors ask for first.

Ace Tours Inc is an approved vendor with the Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County school districts. Vendor approval reflects each district's requirements and is not an endorsement.

Your school still runs its own trip approval, so ask the activities office which forms the senior trip needs. Ace sends a written quote for the file and a certificate of insurance made out to the school on request.

Coaches for a whole senior class

Count every rider, chaperones included.

A full size motorcoach seats 56, students and adults together. A large senior class needs several, and Ace draws on a partner-fleet capacity of 40+ vehicles so the whole class can leave at the same time.

A small senior class, such as one at a small private school, may fit a minibus with 15 to 20 seats. Count every rider, chaperones included, before you choose.

Every Ace vehicle has GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and onboard cameras, whichever size the class rides in.

When the class rides in more than one coach, number the coaches and tell each chaperone which one is theirs. The same coach brings the same students home, so the count at the end of the day matches the count at the start.

What the senior trip quote depends on

One written number for the class budget.

Every trip gets a written quote, which helps when the senior class budget rests on one number. Ask early in the year; the final headcount can be confirmed later.

If the class size changes after booking, tell dispatch as soon as you know, because it can change the number of coaches. Booking terms come with each written quote.

A long day and a late ride home

Illustration of a quiet high school parking lot with tall light poles, palms and empty striped spaces under a bright afternoon skyLate returns, planned with the quote.

A senior trip to Orlando is a long day. Ace runs late returns after night events, and the driver's schedule is planned with the quote, because drivers' hours rules apply. The quote covers the round trip from your school; ask dispatch about anything beyond that.

Families wait in the school lot when the coaches come back. Give dispatch one trip leader's cell number; that person gets the updates and passes the return time on to families.

At the destination the coaches drop at the group or bus drop-off area and pick up where the organizer directs. Agree on the pickup spot and the time before the class walks away from the coach.

Many seniors sleep on the way home. The chaperones' last job is a headcount at the coach door in the school lot before anyone heads to a parent's car.

Before the class boards

Most of the work happens before the coach arrives. Split the class into coach lists ahead of time, one list per coach with a chaperone in charge of each, so names are checked at the coach door instead of in a crowd.

If your school holds a parent meeting for the trip, bring the coach plan to it, so every family hears the same departure and return times.

How it works

How a grad night and senior trips trip runs

  1. Illustration of duffel bags, travel pillows and water bottles piled on a wooden bench in a South Florida high school courtyard under shade trees

Pack light for a long day

Each senior brings one bag, a pillow for the ride and a refillable water bottle. Bags ride in the bays under the coach, and small items stay on board.

  2. Illustration of a white Ace Tours & Bus Charters motorcoach parked at the front curb of a South Florida high school with its door open, palms and a covered walkway behind

    Board by coach list

The coach waits at the school's front curb with its door open. Each chaperone checks names against the list before anyone takes a seat.

  3. Illustration of the empty aisle of a modern motorcoach with travel pillows and backpacks left on the seats, daylight through tinted windows

Settle in for the ride north

Pillows come out, phones connect to the onboard Wi-Fi, and the driver handles the highway north.

  4. Illustration of a wide empty bus drop-off curb with painted lanes, bollards, palms and a covered waiting shelter beside a large parking area

Drop-off and pickup at the agreed curb

The class steps off at the bus drop-off area. At the end of the day the coaches wait at the agreed spot for the headcount and the ride home.

Grad Night and Senior Trips: common questions

Something else on your mind? Call (954) 250-6667.

How much does a grad night bus cost?

Each trip is quoted. The price depends on the date, the number of coaches, the hours and whether the coaches wait. Call (954) 250-6667 for a written quote.

How early should we book senior trip coaches?

As soon as the trip date is set. An early booking holds enough coaches for the whole class, and the final headcount can follow later.

Can the coaches wait until the event ends?

Yes, if you book them to wait. The quote covers those hours, and the driver's schedule is planned around drivers' hours rules.

Is Ace an approved vendor for our school district?

Ace Tours Inc is an approved vendor with the Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach County school districts. Vendor approval is not an endorsement.

Does Ace sell event tickets?

No. Tickets and admission come from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando or the event organizer. Ace provides the transportation only.

What safety features do the coaches have?

Every Ace vehicle has GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and onboard cameras. Dispatch answers 24/7 if the trip leader needs to reach Ace.
