Palm Beach to Miami airport shuttle

Why fly MIA from Palm Beach

PBI is across the lagoon. MIA is for the big routes.

PBI is just across the Lake Worth Lagoon, so it is the easy airport for many flights. MIA is the choice when you need its international routes or a flight PBI does not have.

That makes MIA the long run of the three, down I-95 through Broward and into Miami-Dade, so it needs a firm pickup time. FLL sits in between if it has the better flight.

Pickups at island hotels and estates

Tell dispatch the gate, the door and who clears the driver.

Palm Beach is a barrier island, reached by bridges from West Palm Beach. Ace picks up at hotel entrances, at condos along South Ocean Boulevard and at private homes.

For an estate or a gated community, tell dispatch who will clear the driver at the gate and where the bags should be collected: the front door, a service entrance or the garage. If your hotel has a valet stand, tell the bell desk your pickup time too.

Group charters from Palm Beach

Minibus or full coach, with the papers venues want.

For weddings, club outings and events, Ace sends a minibus or a full size motorcoach with a driver. A coach is long, so choose a meeting point with room for one.

Venues often want paperwork: Ace is USDOT 1310399, carries $5,000,000 liability coverage and sends certificates of insurance on request. The wedding transportation and Charter Bus West Palm Beach pages explain group bookings across the bridge.
