Game days and concerts at Hard Rock Stadium

One pickup, one coach, one ride home.

Ace takes your group to Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens and brings it back after the final whistle or the encore. The coach leaves from your hotel, office, church lot or another meeting point, so nobody in the group drives or pays for a parking space.

This is a private coach for your group, not the stadium's own shuttle. The stadium sets its own rules for where charter coaches drop off, wait and pick up. Check the stadium's official website before the day and share what it says with dispatch.

Groups come from all over the area. An office in Palm Beach County, a hotel block on the Fort Lauderdale beach and a supporters group in Homestead all ride the same way: one pickup, one coach, one ride home. The further north the pickup, the earlier the coach leaves.

Game days elsewhere run the same way. Ace takes groups from South Florida to Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium in Gainesville, and to the arenas closer to home: Kaseya Center in downtown Miami and Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise. Tampa and Gainesville make long days. Ace runs late returns, drivers' hours rules apply, and the day is planned with the quote.

Ace is not affiliated with any stadium, arena or event organizer named on this page. Tickets and admission are bought from them, never from Ace.

Other events Ace runs group shuttles for

Check the organizer's dates; Ace plans the ride.

The same group service runs to the events below. Dates, gates and parking rules come from each organizer's own website, so check there first; Ace plans the ride around them.

Several of these events run over a few days or spread across more than one site. For those, groups often book a daily run from the hotel rather than a single ride, so people come and go on a schedule they know.

Private group coach or the public options

Illustration of a long empty queue lane of metal crowd barriers on a concrete plaza outside a venue, palms and light poles beyondLeave when your group is ready, not the line.

Some events run their own public shuttles or park and ride lots. Those work well for a couple of fans. A group coach suits a larger party: everyone boards at one place, rides together and leaves when the group is ready, not when a public line clears.

Choose the vehicle by headcount. A Sprinter van with a driver suits a small party, a minibus seats 15 to 20 and a full size motorcoach 56. Company outings and supporter groups too big for one coach can run several, drawing on a partner-fleet capacity of 40+ vehicles. Every Ace vehicle has GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and onboard cameras.

Company hosts use the coach as part of the day. Guests meet at the office or the hotel, ride together and arrive as one party instead of in a string of cars that all need parking.

What changes an event shuttle quote

Big event days are busy days for coaches.

Every event trip is quoted. Big event days are busy days for coaches, so the quote reflects the date as well as the ride.

Traffic, staging lots and the ride home

Illustration of a big shade tree in a round concrete planter with a bench around it, on a wide walkway near a venueAgree the meeting point before anyone leaves.

Roads around a sold out event fill up long before kickoff. Leave more time than a normal drive would need, and expect the coach to use whatever drop-off and staging area the venue assigns to charter vehicles.

The ride home is where groups lose people. Agree on a meeting point and a departure time before anyone leaves the coach, and have the group leader do a headcount before it moves. If plans change mid event, call dispatch, which answers 24/7.

Before the day, send everyone the coach meeting point and the departure time for the ride home. A screenshot of the venue map with the coach area marked saves a lot of phone calls in a crowd.

How it works

How a hard rock stadium shuttle trip runs

  1. Illustration of orange traffic cones and an empty coach loading lane in a large stadium parking lot in the afternoon

    Find the coach loading lane

Venues mark off lanes and lots for charter coaches. Look up where yours are on the venue's website so the group knows where it will be dropped and where to find the coach later.

  2. Illustration of a white Ace Tours & Bus Charters motorcoach waiting at a Fort Lauderdale hotel driveway with its door open

    Board at your hotel

The coach waits at the hotel driveway with the door open. The group boards together at the agreed time, with tickets in hand. Bags that are not allowed inside the venue are better left at the hotel.

  3. Illustration of a white Ace Tours & Bus Charters motorcoach driving on the Florida Turnpike toward Miami Gardens, seen side-on from a low drone angle

    Ride to the event

The driver takes the highway toward the venue while the group relaxes. From Broward and Palm Beach County that often means Florida's Turnpike south toward Miami Gardens.

  4. Illustration of a white Ace Tours & Bus Charters motorcoach parked in a stadium coach lot at night, bright stadium floodlights glowing behind it

Back to the coach after the game

After the event, the group walks to the coach lot and boards for the ride home. Do the headcount at the door before the coach pulls out. Anyone who leaves early should tell the group leader, not just walk off.

Hard Rock Stadium Shuttle: common questions

Something else on your mind? Call (954) 250-6667.

Is this the official Hard Rock Stadium shuttle?

No. Ace runs private group coaches to the stadium. For the stadium's own shuttles and parking, see the stadium's official website.

How much does a group shuttle to a game cost?

Every event trip is quoted. The price depends on the headcount, the pickup points, the event day and whether the coach waits on site. Call (954) 250-6667 for a quote.

Does the coach wait for us during the event?

It can. Book it to stay through the event, or book a drop-off and a return pickup; the quote follows your choice.

Can the coach pick up from more than one place?

Yes. List every pickup point when you book. Each extra stop adds time before the event, so plan the first pickup early. The coach then runs straight to the venue.

How big a group can you take to an event?

One full size motorcoach seats 56. Larger groups ride in several vehicles, drawing on a partner-fleet capacity of 40+ vehicles.

Can you run a shuttle every day of a multi day event?

Yes. Boat shows and art fairs run over several days, and Ace can quote a daily run between your hotel and the event for each day you need.
