Guests leave the cars at the hotel.
Most couples book the coach for the guests, not just the wedding party. Guests leave their cars at the hotel, ride together to the ceremony, move on to the reception and get a ride back at the end of the night.
Ace runs the legs you need and skips the ones you don't. Tell dispatch which runs matter and the quote is built on those runs only.

Sprinter van, minibus or motorcoach for your guest list
Size by the guests riding at the same time.
Pick the vehicle by how many guests ride at the same time. A minibus seats 15 to 20 and suits the wedding party or a small guest block. A Sprinter van with a driver suits a smaller party, such as close family. A full size motorcoach seats 56 and moves a large guest list in one trip.
Two smaller vehicles can beat one big one when guests sit in two hotels, or when the venue drive is tight. One motorcoach is simpler when everyone leaves from the same lobby at the same time. For bigger weddings Ace draws on a partner-fleet capacity of 40+ vehicles.

Every vehicle is private to your wedding, so only your guests ride. Shared rides are for airport travelers on the Fort Lauderdale Airport Shuttle and Miami Airport Shuttle pages. For the couple or the wedding party alone, see Sprinter Van with Driver.

What the wedding quote is built on
No flat package. Your run sheet sets the quote.
Ace quotes every wedding on its own run sheet. No two weddings use the coach the same way, so there is no flat package.

South Florida venues, roads and weather
Check the drive before you book the coach.Check with your venue that a full size coach can use the drive and where it should wait. Historic estates, garden venues and some beach hotels have narrow drives or a short valet lane. If a 56 seat coach can't fit, a minibus usually can, and two minibuses can carry a bigger group.
Summer afternoons bring sudden thunderstorms across the region. A covered drop-off at the hotel and the venue keeps dresses and suits dry, so tell dispatch where the covered doors are.

Weekend traffic on I-95 and along A1A can slow the ride between venues. Plan the run sheet with room between the ceremony and the reception. In the Keys there is one main road, US-1, so a Keys wedding needs its timings set with that in mind.

How the wedding day runs
One calm contact, not the couple. Before the day, dispatch confirms the run sheet with you or your planner: pickup points, times, the number of guests per leg and the last run. Pick one contact for the driver on the day, ideally the planner or a calm family member, not the couple.
On the day the coach arrives at the first pickup before boarding time. Guests board at the lobby, the driver follows the run sheet, and changes go through your contact or through dispatch, which answers 24/7.

Insurance and paperwork for venues and planners
Ask early if your venue needs a certificate.
Many venues ask every vendor for proof of insurance before the day. Ace carries $5,000,000 liability coverage, and certificates of insurance are available on request, so ask for one early if your venue needs it.
Ace is an active passenger carrier, USDOT 1310399, and a Florida Seller of Travel, ST37258. The company was incorporated in Florida in 1999. Every Ace vehicle has GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and onboard cameras.

How it works
How a wedding transportation trip runs

Set the timings with your planner
Start from the reception and work back. Note when guests should be seated, when dinner starts and when the venue closes, then give dispatch the times for each leg.

Guests board at the hotel
The coach waits at the hotel entrance with the door open. Guests come down from the lobby at the posted time and take a seat; nobody has to find parking at the venue.

Ride to the ceremony
The driver takes the route agreed on the run sheet and drops guests at the venue door, so they arrive together and on time for the processional.

The last run after the reception
When the music stops, the coach is parked on the venue drive, ready to take guests back to their hotels. Book this run even if it is late; it is often the one guests remember.
Wedding Transportation: common questions
Something else on your mind? Call (954) 250-6667.
How much does wedding transportation cost?
Every wedding is quoted on its own run sheet. The price depends on the date, the vehicle size, how many legs you book, how many pickups there are and how late the last run is. Call (954) 250-6667 or send the form with your venues and times.
How far ahead should we book the wedding shuttle?
Ask as soon as the date and the venues are set. An early request gives you the widest choice of vehicle sizes for your date.
How many guests fit on one coach?
A full size motorcoach seats 56 and a minibus 15 to 20, and a Sprinter van with a driver suits a small party. For bigger guest lists Ace sends more than one vehicle.
Can the coach wait between the ceremony and the reception?
Yes, if you book it to stay. You can also book separate drop-off and pickup runs; tell dispatch which you want and the quote follows that plan.
Can you pick up our out of town guests at the airport?
Yes. Ace picks up at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL), Miami International (MIA) and PBI and takes guests to their hotels. Send the flight details with the wedding booking.
Do you cover weddings in Palm Beach County and the Keys?
Yes. Ace runs weddings anywhere the trip starts between Port St. Lucie and Key West. For the Keys, Wedding Transportation Key West has the local details.
