A private trip for your group, not a timetable

Your vehicle, your pickup, your departure time.

Ace doesn't sell single seats on a scheduled bus to Orlando. You book a whole vehicle for your group, it picks up where you are, and it leaves when you want to go. That makes it a fit for families traveling together, sports teams, church and school groups, wedding parties and company trips.

If you are traveling alone, a scheduled bus or train may suit you better. Once there are enough of you to fill a van or a coach, a private transfer takes everyone and their bags in one trip, from the door to the hotel entrance.

A private transfer also means one meeting point and one departure time. Nobody gets lost in a station, and the group leader counts heads once at the door.

Where Orlando trips start and finish

Illustration of a calm Orlando lake with a fountain in the middle, palms along a lakeside path and hotel towers across the waterPicked up where you are, dropped where you're headed.

Most groups leave from Miami-Dade or Broward, and the pickup can be almost anywhere: a hotel, a home, a school or church parking lot, an office, MIA or FLL arrivals, or the PortMiami curb at the end of a cruise. Pickups farther north, up to Port St. Lucie, are quoted the same way.

Cruise passengers sometimes add a few days in Orlando after the ship returns to PortMiami. Ace can meet them at the terminal and drive straight north.

Matching the vehicle to your headcount

A long ride deserves a proper seat for everyone.

The size of the group and its luggage decide the vehicle. A long ride is also a reason to give everyone a proper seat rather than squeeze in, and every Ace vehicle has Wi-Fi, GPS tracking and onboard cameras.

For a group too big for one motorcoach, Ace draws on partner-fleet capacity of 40+ vehicles and sends as many as the headcount needs.

The ride north on Florida's Turnpike

Illustration of flat Central Florida pasture and pine flatwoods seen from a roadside pull-off, a wire fence in front and white egrets in the grass under big cloudsTell dispatch when you must arrive; it works back.

The usual route is Florida's Turnpike, which runs up through the middle of the state from South Florida to Orlando. It is a long ride. The Turnpike has service plazas along the way, and the driver can stop at one so the group can use the restrooms and buy food.

Ace doesn't print a ride time for this trip, because traffic leaving Miami and arriving in Orlando changes it, and so do rest stops. Tell dispatch when the group needs to be in Orlando, for a hotel check-in, a flight from MCO or a conference start, and dispatch works back to a pickup time.

Pack snacks and water for the ride, and keep medicines, chargers and documents in carry-ons rather than in the luggage bay.

Licensing for a trip across Florida

One carrier, on its own authority, the whole way.

Ace Tours Inc is an intrastate passenger carrier, USDOT 1310399, and Orlando is inside Florida, so the whole trip runs under Ace's own authority. Ace carries $5,000,000 liability coverage, and group leaders can ask for a certificate of insurance before the trip.

Dispatch answers 24/7 in English, Spanish and Portuguese while the group is on the road.

A one way trip that starts in Orlando is booked through Ace's statewide sister brand instead; the About page explains how the two work together. Ace's own rides back from Orlando belong to a round trip from South Florida: a day trip where the coach waits, or a return pickup at MCO.
