Send the manifest early, even if it is incomplete.

Clean details make a clean transfer. For groups, a manifest is the easiest way to send them, and Ace uses the same list for every leg of the trip.

Send the manifest as early as you have it, even if it is still incomplete, so dispatch can plan the right vehicle size. Changes are normal in group travel. Send an updated list when names, flights or headcounts move, and dispatch adjusts the vehicles to match.

Ace matches the vehicle to your client list: a Sprinter van with a driver for a family or a small VIP party, a minibus for 15 to 20 or a full size motorcoach for up to 56. For bigger programs Ace draws on partner-fleet capacity of 40+ vehicles, so a large group can move at once. Every Ace vehicle has GPS tracking, Wi-Fi and onboard cameras.
