Terms and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
No cancellations fees will be assessed if the reservation is cancelled at
least 6 days prior to reservation Scheduled dated.
If reservation is cancelled within less then 5 days prior to reservation
date you will be assessed 100% percent of charges.
Food and Beverages:
No food or drinks are allowed on motor coaches unless specified on contract
also for alcohol consumption on motor coaches we will require a deposit in
the case of unspecified damages to vehicle that may occur.
Cleaning Charges:
If the bus after charter is not cleaned of litter you maybe be assessed a
cleaning fee for up to $200.00 US.
Client is responsible for the group, and
any clean up fee or damages done to coach.
Overnight Charters:
Client will be responsible for lodging for bus driver during duration of
trip.
Ace Tours Inc. must receive a full itinerary 7 days prior to event in
writing to plan trip accordingly.
Additional Charges:
Most trips do not include tolls and parking fees unless noted in contracts
we can upon request include most of these charges to your contracts.
Gratuity for driver will be included on contract unless otherwise noted,
also the same with fuel surcharges.
Payment:
Ace Tours Inc.
will need to receive full payment
3 business prior to departing trips on motor coaches.
Client should have a
valid credit card authorization form on file to finalize there reservations
but valid payment should be made via company check, cashiers check, money
orders or cash.
If you we send payment via credit card a 3% surcharge will
apply unless noted on contract.
Equipment:
Motor Coaches come with DVD, VCR and CD player and have a working PA system
and TV’s also come with reclining seats and foot rest and bathroom.
Mini Buses come with TV, DVD, and PA system.
Ace Tours reserves the right to upgrade the vehicle or sub-charter service
to another bus company at our desecration, but still comparable with same
type of vehicle you chartered.
Regulations:
D.O.T Regulations F.S. 395.10 restrictions restricts the bus drivers
operation time there are two parts to this section.
10-hour rule, the bus driver cannot drive for more than 10 hours following 8
consecutive hours off duty (except in state emergencies).
12-hour rule, after 12 hours on duty (driving and non driving task) an
operator cannot continue driving until 10 consecutive hours of off duty time
is taken.
For any additional time you will require an additional driver or
rest of no less then 5 hours off duty time.
Ace Tours
will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or expense caused by late
arrival, departure or change of schedule by client.
We are not responsible
for loss or inconvenience due to theft, traffic, or weather.
Lost and Found Items:
Thoroughly check your seat and overhead compartments on the coach before you
depart.
ACE Tours
will not be held responsible for any items left behind or lost luggage.
Look carefully at the luggage you have upon your return make sure it belongs
to you many look alike and can be easily confused.
